New Fleet Graphics – Direct Cleaning Van Livery

Greenside Signs recently completed 8 of Direct Cleaning’s new fleet of vehicles. As a new local customer, it was a great opportunity to highlight Greenside Signs services from artwork all the way to installation.

Artwork & Colours

As a new customer to Greenside Signs and Direct Cleaning already having previous vehicles completed, it was important to match to Direct Cleaning’s existing brand. The logo provided wasn’t suitable for printing so therefore needed to be recreated from other files the customer was able to provide.

After going through a colour matching process to match Direct Cleaning’s existing brand – Greenside was ready to start the production and installation process.

Materials & Production

The branding on the vehicles required printed elements and cut vinyl elements. Having in-house capability to print and produce all the graphics required for these vehicles, the graphics were made from premium digital vinyl with a gloss laminate and 7-year coloured vinyl, which was also colour matched to the previous fleet of vehicles.

Application & Installation

The application of these vehicles took 4 days to complete. Although they could have been completed sooner – the new fleet of vans was already on the road and hard at work. Therefore, we agreed to do daily changeovers to reduce the impact on the business and personnel.

The changeovers involved Greenside Signs collecting the new vans from the customer, completing on our premises and returning the vehicles when the van sign writing had been completed. A couple of vehicles were also completed over a weekend to help even further.

Conclusion

As a small business, being able to complete a new fleet of vehicles for Direct Cleaning was a great opportunity for Greenside Signs to work with a local business and show how we can deal with fleet graphics and work at a larger scale too.
