Please read all these terms and conditions.
By reading the terms and conditions and proceeding an with an order or purchase, you (The Customer) confirm that you agree to the terms outlined below.

Interpretation
Hereafter [‘Greenside Signs’] refers to Greenside signs & Graphics Ltd.
- [‘The Customer’} refers to Greenside Signs & Graphics Ltd’s customer (i.e. The purchaser or buyer of the products – including an individual, companies, businesses or representatives of them).
- [‘Goods’] are items produced or sourced by Greenside Signs & Graphics Ltd.
- [‘Order’]/ [‘Order(s)’] – includes all items, labour and work carried out by Greenside Signs & Graphics Ltd.
General Terms of Orders
- Any quotation provided, formal or in writing, is valid for a maximum of 7 days, unless specified in writing.
- The description of Greenside Signs’ Goods will be outlined within the quotation or invoice.
- Quotations are estimates of work required and subject to change, and may not include additional costs or charges that may apply due to unforeseen issues, including but not limited to structural issues, road works and other construction work.
- The Order will not completed until approval of the additional costs are agreed by The Customer or considered safe to proceed by Greenside Signs or a representative of Greenside Signs.
- Confirmation to proceed with an Order can be accepted in writing (including email), verbally or by Purchase Order from The Customer.
- When an Order is placed, Greenside Signs may reject the order, for any reason, although Greenside Signs will get in touch as soon as possible to notify The Customer.
- No variations to the specifications, or prices of the order can be made without written agreement between Greenside Signs and The Customer.
- By confirming acceptance of a quote, invoice or Order, The Customer understands that The Customer is still liable for costs incurred for materials purchased for the Order.
- These costs for the Order, including but not limited to delivery charges and administration charges, will still be invoiced and paid.
- Upon completion of an Order, Greenside Signs passes responsibility of the Goods to The Customer including but not limited to vandalism, removal without notice, loss of Goods.
- All legal regulations, permits, approvals, etc. are the responsibility of the customer
- Goods supplied by Greenside Signs will remain the property of Greenside Signs until the Order is paid for in full.
- In the event Orders are not paid for, in full within 30 days, The Customer gives permission and right of entry to private property to Greenside Signs to remove and collect the Goods.
- Orders that are delayed or incomplete through no fault of Greenside Signs will be invoiced (including delivery or installation charges) within 14 days of original installation or delivery date.
- Greenside Signs & Graphics Ltd cannot be held responsible for any violations for the type of sign or the installation of the sign requested or suggested by, or to the customer.
- Any requested removals will be changed for at the standard installation rate.
Prices & Payment
- All charges and prices supplied are excluding VAT but are outlined on Greenside Sign’s quotes or invoices.
- Payment for orders must be made on the date agreed or outlined on the invoice.
- Standard payment terms are upfront unless agreed in writing prior to the acceptance of the order.
- Greenside Signs accepts cash, BACS and online card payments (limited to cards accepted by the payment processer e.g. Stripe)
Vehicles
- Greenside Signs do not accept responsibility for any implications, including financial costs such as fines or increase on insurance premiums of Goods (signage or graphics) supplied or applied to vehicles.
- Vehicles must be cleaned prior to installation or application. Additional charges may apply where vehicles need to be cleaned.
- Greenside Signs cannot accept responsibility for any damage to paintwork to vehicles.
Delivery, Installation & Disposal
- Orders do not include delivery or installation unless outlined in the quotation or invoice.
- Delivery location will be agreed prior to attempt of delivery or dispatch. Any changes or amendments to the delivery address requested by The Customer after the Goods have been dispatched may incur additional delivery costs.
- Delivery costs and installation costs are estimated at the time of quotation. Any changes or issues identified during the delivery or installation process, including but not limited to increase in order quantity, may increase, change or may be withdrawn.
- Installation locations must be agreed prior to agreed date of installation.
- The Customer must notify Greenside Signs of any issue that may cause a delay in installation at least 24 hours prior to installation.
- Failure to notify of a change or issue on site preventing Greenside Signs to complete the outlined works may incur an additional installation cost (including but not limited to travel costs, labour costs, accommodation, materials and rented equipment and rented machinery).
- Greenside Signs cannot be held responsible for any damage to existing signage that is being removed or replaced.
- Where any signage is taken down or removed shall be the responsibility of The Customer and left on site for The Customer to dispose of. Additional disposal charges may apply.
Designs & Artwork
All Goods, artwork, designs and layouts created by Greenside Signs are subject to the terms and conditions below:
- No design work should be completed without payment.
- Any Goods, artwork, proofs, approvals, designs or layouts created by Greenside Signs will remain the property of Greenside Signs.
- Copyrights should be obtained by The Customer for any images or content obtained by the Customer.
- Greenside Signs does not obtain rights for copywritten material supplied by The Customer and accepts no rights to any content provided by the Customer.
Cancelling an order
- Should The Customer want to cancel an order that has already been placed, the following terms apply:
- Cancelling an order must be submitted in writing, as soon as possible to reduce the financial costs on Greenside Signs.
- Any costs incurred for the materials purchased by Greenside Signs for the Order may still be charged for.
Same Day & Next Day Signage T&C’s
- Same day and next day signage is only based on the materials available and in stock at Greenside Signs at the time of purchase.
- Cut off time for purchase is 3pm.
- Payment terms are upfront and collection of order only.
- Artwork costs not included.
- All artwork must be provided print ready with marks and bleed.
- Same day or next day only applies on weekdays – Monday – Friday.
- Alternative materials may be offered in the event some materials are not available.
